Digital Marketing Project Manager

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager specializing in Client Communication, your role will involve handling various digital marketing projects and ensuring clear and transparent communication with international clients, primarily from the USA and Canada. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining excellent verbal and written communication in US/UK English - Acting as the main client-facing representative, addressing queries through calls, emails, and meetings - Providing regular follow-ups, status updates, and reports to clients - Building strong relationships to improve client retention and satisfaction In terms of project management, you will be responsible for: - Managing and coordinating SEO, SMO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other campaigns for US/Canada clients - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution - Monitoring timelines, deliverables, and project quality to ensure KPIs are met - Identifying gaps, risks, and proactively providing solutions Your role will also involve: - Overseeing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with proven ROI - Tracking performance metrics and presenting clear, data-driven reports to clients - Ensuring all campaigns align with client goals and budgets Additionally, you will be expected to: - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services - Present customized strategies to clients for business expansion - Contribute ideas to enhance client revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships Qualifications Required: - Excellent US/CANADA English communication skills (both verbal & written) - Proven experience in handling international digital marketing clients - Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SMO, and Paid Campaigns - Hands-on experience in running ad campaigns for USA clients with measurable results - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to handle pressure, resolve conflicts, and prioritize client satisfaction - Experience in upselling services and contributing to business growth Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp - Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a requirement for availability during the Night Shift.,
