Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator who is well-versed in digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project delivery, and successful campaign outcomes. It requires strong organizational capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on understanding of digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, and more.
  • Break down project requirements into clear, actionable tasks for design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Oversee delivery timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into strategic marketing plans.
  • Set expectations clearly and provide regular progress updates, performance reports, and actionable insights.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, and development teams to ensure efficient execution.
  • Allocate resources effectively based on project priorities and team expertise.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to maintain smooth project operations.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing platforms.
  • Highlight improvement opportunities and collaborate with the team to enhance results.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with key digital marketing parameters and objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong execution knowledge in at least 2–3 channels (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Analytics, CRM tools).
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, KPIs, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and deliver within tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
