As a Client Servicing Executive at Andreal, your primary role will be to maintain and nurture strong client relationships. You will need to understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure successful project deliveries that exceed client expectations. Your role will require excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business objectives and needs. - Ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues. - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, design, etc.) to plan and execute client projects. - Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly project deliveries. - Keep clients updated on project progress, results, and key milestones. - Provide clients with creative and strategic insights to help them achieve their marketing goals. - Conduct thorough client needs assessments to grasp their business objectives and marketing requirements. - Create customized proposals and solutions to tackle client challenges and opportunities. - Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates. - Analyze project data to evaluate performance and deliver insightful reports to clients. - Make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. Qualifications: - Excellent Client Services and Client Relations skills - Experience in creating and delivering presentations - Exceptional Customer Service skills - Account Management capabilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Experience in the graphic design industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or a relevant field In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, shift allowances, yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
