Position Title: Digital Marketing Performance Manager

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through service excellence, rapid response times, deep product knowledge, proactive communication, and accurate, high-quality deliverables.
  • Communicate digital marketing best practices and educate clientss on using them effectively to achieve their goals through a consultative approach.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for client campaigns.
  • Analyze, track, and optimize performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in campaign results.
  • Identify and understand client business and technical needs to craft effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Highlight opportunities, flag potential risks, and raise key concerns to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor`` trends and contribute to the development of strategic features and marketing materials to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Educate internal ad operations and sales teams on omni-channel strategies, new industry practices, products, and features.

Required Competencies and Experience:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 8 years in digital marketing, with at least 6 years in ad tech or programmatic advertising.
  • Platform Expertise:

    Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Search Marketing:

    Proficient in SEO strategy and SEM, including keyword research, planning, and Responsive Search Ads (RSA).
  • Analytics & Tracking:

    Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), pixel tagging, and troubleshooting.
  • Media Planning:

    Ability to create comprehensive media plans including CPM and CPC estimations and provide ROI.
  • Cross-Device Campaigns:

    Experience in executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across platforms.
  • Reporting & Attribution:

    Capable of reporting on performance across channels and interpreting attribution models; advanced skills in Excel (XSL) to build custom reporting templates.
  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Presentation Skills:

    Strong ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations using PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Highly collaborative, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Data-Driven Marketing:

    Ability to derive insights from campaign data, develop hypotheses, and conduct A/B or multivariate testing for performance optimization.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of prioritization, balancing business goals with tight deadlines.
  • Creative Experimentation:

    Partner with client marketing teams to test creative strategies, incrementality, and spend scaling to identify high-performing tactics.
  • Passion & Acumen:

    A strong interest in digital marketing innovation and a solid grasp of the digital advertising ecosystem, blending strategic and technical expertise.

Interview Evaluation Process

Our selection process is designed to identify the best-fit candidates through a structured and fair evaluation. The process includes the following stages:

  1. Assignment Round (Mandatory):

    All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an initial assignment relevant to the role. This helps us assess your practical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  2. HOD Interview:

    Candidates who clear the assignment will be invited for an interview with the Head of Department (HOD). This round focuses on your technical expertise, role-specific knowledge, and alignment with departmental goals.
  3. Final Discussion:

    The final stage includes a comprehensive discussion with senior leadership or HR to evaluate cultural fit, expectations, and finalize the terms of engagement.
