Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Technical Project Lead who will be responsible for driving end-to-end technical solutions for web development projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end development, database design, and solution architecture, with a strong understanding of both technical and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead complete web development projects covering front-end (Angular), back-end, database design, and solution architecture. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for different project needs with clear justifications. Capture and translate business requirements into detailed technical, behavioral, and functional specifications. Apply forward and backward mapping methodologies in project design and implementation. Provide UI/UX guidance to the development team, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with best practices. Manage risks, resources, changes, and project scope effectively throughout the project lifecycle. Implement and adapt SDLC methodologies, understanding the application of Agile vs. Waterfall approaches. Oversee continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) processes. Manage release cycles, version control, and ensure proper deployment strategies. Utilize cloud computing platforms and manage cloud-based database solutions. Establish and enforce code standardization practices, ensuring responsiveness and optimal use of JavaScript libraries. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in Angular development, web architecture, and database management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and best practices. Hands-on experience with release management and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in code standardization, optimization for responsiveness, and leveraging modern JavaScript libraries. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to guide design discussions from a technical standpoint. Excellent project management skills, with experience in risk assessment, scope management, and resource planning.
