Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Expert who will be primarily responsible for generating quality leads for university admissions. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and have a proven track record in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and educational branding. --- Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Run performance-driven campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate leads for university admissions. Use CRM tools to track and nurture leads until conversion. Develop landing pages, ad copies, and lead funnels. Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Plan and execute organic and paid content campaigns to drive engagement and inquiries. Work on video scripts, student testimonials, and promotional creatives. SEO & Website Optimization: Improve rankings for relevant keywords and ensure optimized content for higher visibility. Coordinate with developers and content writers for regular updates and SEO improvements. Email & WhatsApp Campaigns: Execute targeted drip campaigns to convert interested students into leads and admissions. Branding & Publications: Create impactful digital brochures, posters, and e-books for university tie-ups. Plan and implement online branding strategies to build trust and recognition. Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Ads Manager. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. --- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in the education sector). Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM tools, and automation platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
