Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) focused on lead generation and ROI.
    • Coordinate with agencies or in-house creative teams for campaign creatives and ad copies.
  • SEO & SEM:

    • Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
    • Run paid search campaigns and optimize keywords, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
  • Social Media Marketing:

    • Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
    • Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategy to grow community and reach.
  • Website & Analytics:

    • Oversee website performance, UX optimization, and landing page development (using CMS tools).
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Heatmaps to track performance and user behavior.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for customer engagement, product promotions, and retention.
    • Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp) to nurture leads and trigger workflows.
  • Content & Branding:

    • Collaborate on the development of blogs, infographics, and digital brochures.
    • Ensure all digital touchpoints align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Performance Reporting:

    • Generate campaign performance reports and dashboards.
    • Analyze KPIs to recommend actionable improvements and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in any agency or preferably within the BFSI or NBFC sector.

  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital strategies that have significantly contributed to business growth and ROI.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically manage and optimize relationships with multiple external agencies and technology partners and Internal Stake holders.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of financial products (loans, investments, insurance, etc.) and the regulatory landscape in the BFSI/NBFC sector is highly advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are a significant asset.
