Job Description – Lead Generation Expert Position: Lead Generation Expert Location: Mysore Experience: Minimum 1 Year Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Expert who can handle Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns and generate quality leads for our business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for lower CPL and higher conversions. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign results. Coordinate with the content and design teams for creative requirements. Maintain and update lead reports, dashboards, and performance insights. Ensure all leads are high-quality and aligned with business requirements. Maintain strong communication with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion tracking. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta advertising. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads and Lead Generation campaigns. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and custom audiences. Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, CPM, etc. Knowledge of remarketing strategies and funnel-based lead generation. Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred SkillsExperience in handling local/regional campaigns (Mysore preferred). Basic knowledge of Google Ads (optional). Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools. SalaryCompetitive and based on experience.
