We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and take charge of online marketing initiatives, particularly in lead generation and ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) Manage and monitor Ads Manager to run performance-driven ad campaigns Strategize and implement lead generation campaigns to achieve monthly targets Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights for improvements Collaborate with the editorial and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance marketing Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive/Performance Marketer Strong hands-on knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms Experience in lead generation strategies and execution Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles (preferred) Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and measure ROI Strong communication and presentation skills Eligibility:Female candidates only Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing Perks & Benefits:Competitive salary package Growth opportunities within the organization Creative and collaborative work culture
