The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns focused on lead generation. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for lower CPL and higher conversions. Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign results. Coordinate with the content and design teams for creative requirements. Maintain and update lead reports, dashboards, and performance insights. Ensure all leads are high-quality and aligned with business requirements. Maintain strong communication with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
