Digital Marketing Manager

Location : Mohali, Punjab (In Office)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth

• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

• Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

• Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Maximum 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and HubSpot

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience in the job market context of India is preferred.
