Job Description

Brand Strategist & Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities -

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive branding & marketing strategies to strengthen brand narratives & presence on digital platforms
Create compelling social media campaign calendars that align with brand identity and messaging - build a strong community across digital channels (instagram, facebook, linkedin). Plan and publish founder-led and brand content to engage fashion professionals and partners.
Define content strategy for instagram & meta channels. Script, shoot, and edit engaging content that would resonate with the fashion community
Shoot Execution- Be present during shoots for social media and campaigns, ensuring content output matches brand tone.
Influencer Marketing- Identify, reach out, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations across platforms.
Manage relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, PR firms, and ad agencies, ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
Coordinate with the design team to create and implement branding assets, including digital content, social media creatives, website banners, and promotional collaterals.
Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and values across all digital touchpoints & platforms
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for brand improvement.

Good to Have -

Overall 5+ years brand marketing experience
At least 2 years in premium fashion /apparels / luxury D2C brand
Prior experience creating content independently (especially Reels, Stories, and IG Lives)

CTC - Rs.10-15LPA (Basis last drawn)

Location - Mumbai (Kala Ghoda) / Delhi (Saket)
