Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote our brand, generate leads, and drive customer engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize company websites for SEO and user experience.
  • Create, manage, and monitor paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Prepare engaging content (blogs, posts, creatives, videos) for different platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Coordinate with the design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer database for lead nurturing.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress or website management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
