Digital Marketing Manager

Prakand Apparels is a fast-growing mythology-inspired streetwear startup building high-quality apparel for Gen-Z & young adults. We’re looking for a digital marketer who can execute fast, create impactful content, grow our brand on social media, and push sales through smart marketing. Job Responsibilities You MUST be able to execute, not just talk. Your core tasks: Social Media & Content Create 8–12 reels per week (trend-based + product-based) Handle Instagram page end-to-end: posting, scheduling, hashtags, analytics Plan monthly content calendar Write clean, catchy captions aligned with streetwear culture Shoot/edit quick videos for products Performance Marketing Run Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) Create audiences, retargeting, lookalikes Optimize campaigns for sales (not vanity metrics) Track ROAS, CPC, CPM, conversions Report weekly performance data Influencer & Community Find and manage micro-influencers (content + barter + paid deals) Handle DM marketing and coordinate collaborations Build a community around our brand culture Brand & Strategy (Startup Mindset)Understand streetwear trends Bring ideas for product shoots, campaign themes & viral content Work with the founder on fast execution and growth sprints Required Skills We don’t care about fancy degrees. We care about real results.
