As a Digital Marketing Manager at Onwords, your role is crucial in driving the online presence of the company and enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and leads through effective campaign management across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads to achieve business goals. - Campaign Management & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and meeting key performance indicators. - Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of high performance. - Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement and ROI optimization. - Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize results across various channels. - SEO Strategy & Implementation: Drive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content optimization to boost organic search rankings and website traffic. - Social Media Strategy & Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence, increase engagement, and build a strong online community. - Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality services within budget and timelines. - Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new strategies into campaigns. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, content, sales, and other teams for cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and alignment of digital marketing efforts with business goals. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. - 1-3 years of digital marketing experience with managerial or leadership responsibilities. - Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. - Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. - Proficiency in optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads. - Solid analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills. - Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with email marketing platforms. - Familiarity with CMS. - Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications. - Experience with marketing automation tools.
