Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid marketing, lead generation, team management, and budget optimization across India, USA, and Canada markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Email Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, WhatsApp API, SMS, and other lead generation channels
- Drive high-quality lead generation through multiple digital platforms with a focus on ROI and conversions
- Source, evaluate, and manage Phone and Email data purchases for marketing campaigns while ensuring compliance
- Manage and scale B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across India, USA, and Canada territories
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Train, mentor, and manage a multifunctional digital marketing team
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Plan, monitor, and control marketing budgets to ensure optimal spend and performance
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best digital marketing practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Email Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp API Marketing and SMS Marketing
- Strong experience in lead generation across multiple digital channels
- Experience sourcing Phone and Email data
- Proven exposure to B2B and B2C marketing strategies
- Experience managing campaigns for USA, Canada, and India markets
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training, mentoring, and managing teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proven experience in budget planning and management
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations
