Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO/SEM, content marketing, and team leadership. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a team and multiple campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to ensure performance goals are met.
• Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and lead generation.
• Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
