Position: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Dhulagarh, Howrah Industry: Manufacturing Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Experience: 5+ years preferred Job Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer who can drive our brand presence online and handle digital initiatives, including social media strategy, website updates , and content creation . This is a hands-on role ideal for someone experienced in the manufacturing or industrial sector with a strong understanding of B2B marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Plan, create, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and blogs) to drive engagement and reach. Manage and regularly update the company’s website with new content, product updates, and SEO best practices. Run paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and brand visibility. Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, production) to source content and highlight achievements. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools to enhance online presence. Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing and social media management. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website CMS (WordPress or similar). Excellent content creation skills — both visual and written. Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite , etc. Strong communication and organizational skills.
