Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for scaling brands through data-backed strategies? We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team and lead campaigns across diverse industries.
What you’ll be doing:
✅ Managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
✅ Handling budgets of ₹3 Lakh+ and ensuring ROI-driven performance
✅ Analyzing campaign data, tracking KPIs, and improving conversion rates
✅ Collaborating with creative teams to craft impactful ads
✅ Working across industries including Real Estate, Jewellery, Clothing, and Manufacturing
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
✔ Proven experience handling budgets of ₹3 Lakh and above
✔ Experience working with brands in real estate, jewellery, clothing, and manufacturing sectors
✔ Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing
