Digital Marketing Manager Lead Generation (Driver Acquisition)

About the Role

data-driven Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
    • Facebook & Instagram Ads
    • WhatsApp Campaigns
    • SMS Marketing
    • Google Ads (if applicable)
    • Other relevant lead-generation platforms
  • Manage the

    entire lead generation funnel

    , from ad creation and targeting to lead capture and CRM upload.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign performance focusing on CPA, CPL, and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with

    creative and tech teams

    to develop high-performing ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
  • Ensure timely lead integration with CRM for the call center to follow up on potential drivers.
  • Partner with

    operations and call center teams

    to track lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
  • Conduct

    A/B testing

    on creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Generate

    weekly performance dashboards

    and share insights with senior management.
  • Stay updated with trends and best practices in

    performance marketing, automation tools, and analytics.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 5– years of experience in

    digital advertising / performance marketing / lead generation.

  • Proven success running

    high-ROI campaigns

    on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Strong understanding of

    digital analytics, tracking, and attribution models.

  • Hands-on expertise in

    Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work

    cross-functionally

    with creative, tech, and operations teams.

Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified driver leads generated.
  • Cost per Acquisition (CPA)

    /

    Cost per Lead (CPL).

  • Lead-to-conversion rate via CRM funnel.
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
