Job Summary:

Kabir IT Services is looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. If you’ve independently handled campaigns, driven performance, and know how to turn clicks into conversions—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and remarketing funnels
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROI
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages
• Maintain and improve website traffic, lead generation, and brand visibility
• Stay updated with digital trends and platform algorithms
• Prepare monthly reports and present insights to leadership

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in IT or tech services)
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end PROJECTS independently
• Strong command of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platforms
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
