Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Optimize campaigns for performance and ROI
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
• Collaborate with design/content teams for ad creatives
• Track conversions and generate performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in paid digital advertising
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in analytics tools and conversion tracking
• Fluent English communication
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
