GHL/Automation Expert (Fresher)

Job Description:

As a fresher, you will play a pivotal role in automating business processes for our international clients. You will have the opportunity to work with advanced platforms like Go High Level, Zoho, HubSpot, and others, helping clients improve their workflows, marketing, and CRM automation. You should possess basic knowledge of web development, WordPress, and digital marketing, as you will be responsible for setting up automated processes while ensuring seamless integrations.

You will be working in rotating shifts to align with our clients' time zones, mainly from the US and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, manage, and optimize automation workflows using Go High Level, Zoho, HubSpot, and other automation tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and set up tailored automation solutions.

- Assist in creating and maintaining websites using WordPress, integrating them with automation tools.

- Support the development of digital marketing automation, including email campaigns, CRM management, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.

- Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to automate social media campaigns, marketing funnels, and data collection.

- Perform basic integrations between automation platforms, email marketing software, and third-party apps.

- Provide client support, assist with troubleshooting, and resolve automation-related queries.

- Continuously learn about industry trends and best practices related to automation, WordPress, and digital marketing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and WordPress.

- Understanding of automation platforms like Go High Level, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools (experience is a plus, but not mandatory).

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as email marketing, CRM systems, social media automation, and SEO.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with international clients.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a global team.

- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (US and Australian time zones).

Preferred (but not required):

- Experience or certification with automation platforms or digital marketing tools.

- Familiarity with basic API integrations and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
