Role and Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager at KalpaDruma, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that align with our brand vision and business goals. You may also be required to contribute in crafting visually stunning and compelling assets that communicate our brand identity and resonate with our customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience 2-4 years in marketing and design, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.

Proficiency in Social media, design software and tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of video editing is a bonus

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics is a plus.
