About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager / Digital Marketing Manager who has a proven background working with a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SEO, excellent command of English communication, and a results-driven mindset to lead digital strategies and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve website rankings.
• Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to improve user experience and SEO performance.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, digital marketing trends, and tools.
• Manage client communication, ensuring expectations are met with professionalism and clarity.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to achieve measurable ROI.
