Digital Marketing Manager

We are now looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to build and lead our Digital Marketing division from the ground up.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and lead the entire Digital Marketing team and operations in India. The candidate will be responsible for building our online presence, developing branding strategies, and executing result-oriented digital campaigns to create brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a complete Digital Marketing strategy from scratch for India.
• Build and manage a digital marketing team.
• Plan, create, and execute branding and awareness campaigns across all digital platforms.
• Develop engaging content, creative shorts, reels, and other multimedia assets.
• Manage social media campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Run paid ads including Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and awareness.
• Execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic reach.
• Implement email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns effectively.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.
• Generate new ideas to enhance digital presence and brand positioning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email/WhatsApp marketing.
• Creative mindset with expertise in content creation, storytelling, and digital branding.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
