**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. They will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving results.

*Responsibilities:*

• It is a Team Manager Role where you will be managing One Set of a Team, which Includes, Graphic Designer, Social Media Marketer, SEO Executive, Video Editor and Web Developer.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Set up and manage pixel tracking on Facebook Ads for effective campaign tracking and optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or Sr, Digital Marketer or Similar Role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with pixel setup and tracking on Facebook Ads is Mandatory and will be asked in Interview, Please bring your previous case studies or screenshots as well.
• Knowledge of SEO is also needed, as you have to lead the Team.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus.
