The role involves developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, optimizing ad spends, tracking analytics, and ensuring measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads for online UG, PG, and MBA programs.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns to ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
  • Work with creative teams to produce engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
  • Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to improve organic reach and website ranking.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM integration for lead nurturing.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and EdTech market insights.
  • Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment targets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in

    digital marketing

    with a focus on

    lead generation for the education or EdTech sector

    .
  • Proven track record in running high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
