DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD/MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage budgets for SEO, SEM, paid media, and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the digital curve.

SEO & SEM Management

  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to improve rankings and organic reach.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, and others) for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct regular keyword analysis, ad copy optimization, and landing page testing.

Content & Social Media

  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, keyword-driven content for blogs, landing pages, and social platforms.
  • Drive social media marketing campaigns to increase engagement and reach across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, SEM analysts, and digital marketers.
  • Work closely with creative, technical, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across digital channels using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and SEM tools.
  • Provide detailed reports and actionable insights for leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager).
  • Proficiency with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in email marketing, automation tools, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for technical marketing implementations.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience managing multi-regional campaigns, especially targeting UAE or GCC markets.

  • Organic traffic growth and improved search engine rankings.
  • ROI and conversion rates for paid campaigns.
  • Increased engagement and follower growth across social media platforms.
  • Lead generation and cost-per-lead improvements.
  • Successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
