Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost conversions across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and web traffic.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media to support marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media presence and develop social media strategies to grow audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create digital assets and promotional materials.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Assist with conversion rate optimization (CRO) across digital properties including landing pages and websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4 –5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads or Analytics certification.
  • Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,195.37 - ₹55,972.53 per month
