MERN Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration.

You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications that meet client requirements while maintaining best coding practices and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional web applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and designers.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB (including Mongoose ORM).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines (AWS, Heroku, or similar).
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Next.js or TypeScript.
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with Docker or container-based deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
