Position : Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Experience : 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and optimize paid search (SEM) and paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads) strategies for eCommerce clients.
· Manage and oversee large-scale ad campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI and performance growth.
· Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and analytics teams to deliver end-to-end campaign execution.
· Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
· Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients and contribute to overall account growth.
· Train, mentor, and manage a digital marketing team; provide guidance on best practices and performance improvement.
· Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies.
· Work closely with clients (primarily USA-based) to understand their goals, propose strategies, and drive results.

Requirements
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
· Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (mandatory).
· Strong track record of working with USA clients.
· Ability to manage and optimize campaigns with significant monthly spends ($50K+ preferred).
· Demonstrated success in achieving measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
· Experience in SEO is a plus (not mandatory).
· Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
· Prior experience in managing a team of digital marketing specialists.
