What You’ll Do

• Build and execute digital strategies to grow BoC across Instagram, YouTube, Meta & Google.
• Create thumb-stopping content, reels, collabs, challenges & campaigns that Gen Z loves.
• Drive in-store sales and franchise enquiries through smart performance marketing.
• Plan influencer collaborations, college activations & community engagement.
• Track numbers like a hawk—KPIs, CAC, ROI, CTR, conversions—optimize and scale.
• Work directly with founders to shape the brand voice and growth roadmap.

Who You Are

• 4+ years experience in digital marketing or brand growth.
• Creative + analytical + obsessed with trends.
• Storyteller with design/video sensibility (Canva edits, reel ideas, campaign concepts).
• Someone who loves chaos, speed, and freedom to build without limits.
