Digital Marketing Manager

We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and drive strategy, execution, and growth for Brainito and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs, present strategies, and report results.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content).
• Drive brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with growth.
• Manage external vendors/freelancers and guide junior marketers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in digital or growth-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
