Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to promote our unique one-on-one mentoring programs to a wider audience. As a Digital Marketer, you'll develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our mentoring programs.

2. Social Media Management: Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and build a strong online community.

3. Content Creation: Create high-quality content (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.) to promote our services and values.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website and online content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

5. Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to reach target audiences and drive conversions.

6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and build brand loyalty.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.

2. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.

3. Creativity: Ability to create engaging, high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.

4. Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and interpret digital marketing metrics.
