We are a growing organization seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns while building and managing a strong marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Plan and execute data-driven campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
