Responsibilities

Socials:

• Create engaging content and post on social media to attract prospects and keep clients engaged (posts should include clear calls to action to book consultations, sign up, etc.).
• Use LinkedIn as the main platform.
• Tools: Google Drive, PowerPoint, Canva.
• Increase Be The Riot’s social media following.
• Increase engagement and interactions on social media.
• Grow the mailing list subscribers.
• Engage with prospects and clients via comments and DMs on socials.
• Make new LinkedIn connections with target audience.
• Design and manage targeted social media campaigns.

Content:

• Plan, Create, and Schedule

  News campaigns

• Plan, write, and design blogs.
• Add blogs to the website.
• Plan and create email campaigns.

Client Journey:

• Book initial meetings with prospects.
• Produce client case studies and testimonials.

Performance Monitoring:

• Ensure all prospect/client data and interaction details are stored in the CRM.

SEO & Website:

• Apply SEO best practices to the website (Squarespace) and Google Workspace, and track performance.
• Keep the website up to date with banners, testimonials, case studies, etc.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Squarespace, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Proven skills in content creation, copywriting, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and website performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills.
• Understanding of EEDI (Equality, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) in the workplace.
• Strong English skills and experience working with Western teams.

Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Creative mindset and ability to adapt content for different audiences.
