Digital Marketing Manager – Performance Marketing / Paid Ads
Location:
New Delhi | Full-Time | On-site / Hybrid

If you’ve been running campaigns for years, understand consumer journeys, and can turn ad budgets into business results — you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and scale
paid advertising campaigns
across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Manage and optimize
ad spends, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion funnels
.
Develop and monitor
end-to-end campaign performance dashboards
using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations.
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align creative strategy with performance goals.
Conduct
A/B tests
, analyze campaign insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
Keep up with
industry trends, automation tools, and AI-based marketing technologies.
Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations directly to senior management.

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of experience
in
digital marketing and performance advertising.
Proven expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
with strong ROI management skills.
Deep understanding of
funnel optimization, lead nurturing, and remarketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
, Tag Manager, CRM tools, and campaign tracking.
Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into actionable insights.
