Key Responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development: Craft and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance property visibility and lead generation.Jobaaj
• SEO & SEM: Enhance organic search rankings and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic to property listings
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including blog posts, virtual tours, videos, and newsletters, to showcase properties and engage potential clients.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies to boost brand presence, engage with audiences, and convert leads into clients.
• Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, promote new listings, and maintain client relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess and optimize campaign performance.
• Creative Abilities: Experience in content creation and design, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing or real estate marketing are a plus.
