Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and manage our online marketing strategies. The role involves enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and increasing online visibility through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan and oversee email marketing, influencer marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
• Create, monitor, and analyze marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring SEO-friendly content and regular updates.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging creatives, banners, and promotional material.
• Track digital trends, competitor activities, and implement innovative marketing techniques.
• Generate monthly reports on performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG/exports/healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid advertising tools.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
