Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Trainee / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize

  Google Ads, Meta Ads

  , and

  LinkedIn Ads

  campaigns to meet client and internal brand objectives.
• Conduct

  keyword research

  , audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance.
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the PR and content teams to align paid campaigns with ongoing brand and media communication efforts.
• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better CTR and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage paid promotion budgets efficiently across multiple clients.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA Preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience

  in PPC / Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in

  Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics

  .
• Google Ads certification will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
