* Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across *Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube* to drive app installs and
first bookings.
* Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, and landing pages with focus on conversion.
* Build and execute remarketing funnels for users who install but dont book.
* Own daily and monthly budget allocation (XX per day) and maximize ROI.
* Monitor key metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and LTV of acquired users.
* Continuously optimize campaigns to lower cost per acquisition and scale efficiently.
* Work with designers to develop compelling ad copies, banners, and videos.
* Run A/B tests on creatives, headlines, offers, and call-to-action buttons.
* Use Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Branch (or similar MMPs) to track funnel performance.
* Analyze user cohorts to understand retention and repeat booking behavior.
* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
* Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to improve app onboarding and conversion rates.
* Work with Operations to sync promotions with available service capacity.
* 3–6 years of experience in *performance marketing / digital ads* for a *mobile app-first business*.
* Hands-on experience with *Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube campaigns*.
* Strong understanding of app install campaigns, remarketing, attribution, and cohort analysis.
* Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable with numbers & dashboards.
* Experience in a startup/marketplace / service-based platform is a plus.
