Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience across landing pages and acquisition funnels. Key Requirements: 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or performance marketing. Proven track record of leading successful acquisition campaigns across channels. Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau. Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
