Digital Marketing Lead

As a Digital Marketing Lead at our company based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing managers and devising and implementing SEO and paid marketing strategies for multiple hotel customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers achieve a good return on investment on their digital spending. Your responsibilities will include: - Running the agenda of the digital marketing team, creating processes, and ensuring adherence to them to add value to our customers. - Building rapport with customers to understand their marketing requirements and goals. - Developing SEO and performance marketing strategies aligned with businesses" needs and goals, reviewing them with customers, and ensuring alignment. - Providing detailed reports on the overall performance of our marketing campaigns. - Overseeing the work of other members of the digital marketing team to ensure high-quality delivery. - Collaborating with senior stakeholders, the digital marketing team, and business unit Marketing leaders to establish a best-of-breed approach to marketing technology. - Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in the industry. - Analyzing key metrics that influence website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Qualifications required for this role include: - A graduate degree in Engineering or Business, with an MBA being a plus. - 3-5 years of prior account management and digital marketing experience, with a strong knowledge of SEO web optimization techniques, Google Adwords, Display Ads, and social media ads. - Previous experience in creating processes, assigning work, and tracking progress. - Excellent prioritization and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask. - Strong team building and management skills. - Proficiency with MS Excel, Office, and other analytical tools. - Up-to-date knowledge of the newest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
