Performance Marketing InternLocation: On-site (Gurugram) | Stipend: ₹15,000 per month | Duration: 3 Months | Role Type: Internship

About The Role

Ichelon Consulting Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team. The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who have a basic understanding of online advertising platforms and are eager to learn campaign management, optimization, and reporting in a practical business environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in creating and managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Support in keyword research, ad setup, and audience targeting.
Monitor basic campaign metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and leads.
Coordinate with the team to align ads with creatives and landing pages.
Contribute to simple performance reports and share learnings.
