Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Content ideation & creation:
• Research and suggest content ideas based on trends, brand goals, and audience interests.
• Assist in creating reels, stories, carousels, and static posts (using Canva or other tools).
• Write engaging captions with proper hashtags and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Content scheduling & publishing:
• Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Ensure timely publishing of content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Maintain and update a monthly content calendar.
• Engagement & community management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags across platforms.
• Engage with followers through polls, questions, and story stickers to boost interaction.
• Track community sentiment and feedback.
• Trend tracking & competitor analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, challenges, and formats.
• Research competitor pages and note effective content formats, engagement techniques, etc.
• Share weekly insights to inform content planning.
• Analytics & reporting:
• Track post performance using Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Create weekly or bi-weekly performance reports (engagement rate, reach, saves, etc.).
• Suggest improvement ideas based on insights.
• Campaign & collaboration:
• Support influencer or collaboration campaigns by researching suitable creators.
• Help in coordinating content timelines and tracking deliverables.
• Assist in boosting organic campaign visibility through creative strategies.
