Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage comprehensive digital strategies for our international clients. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires a strong foundation in SEO, PPC/Paid Social media execution, and outstanding communication skills. You will be the primary point of contact for several key accounts, responsible for driving measurable growth and reporting results directly to the client. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies, including market-specific keyword research, competitor analysis, and localization planning. Conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits with a specific focus on multi-regional and multi-lingual websites (e.g., Hreflang implementation, international link building, domain structure). Monitor, analyze, and report on organic search performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with content teams to ensure all web copy is optimized for international search engines and local user intent. 2. Paid Media Management (PPC/Paid Social) Plan, set up, and manage Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta) campaigns to achieve client goals (Lead Generation, Brand Awareness, Sales). Perform keyword bidding, write compelling ad copy, and continually A/B test creative and landing pages for optimization. Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI across international markets. 3. Client Management & Communication (Core Requirement) Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for clients, leading weekly/monthly calls and presenting strategy and performance reports. Translate complex SEO and Paid Media data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations for clients. Manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliver reports that clearly demonstrate the value and ROI of marketing efforts. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and Paid Media/PPC. Proven experience with SEO (managing campaigns for multiple countries). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory, with the ability to confidently present to and manage client relationships. Proficiency in setting up and managing campaigns in Google Ads (Search/Display) and at least one major social media advertising platform. Expertise with major SEO and Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
