Junior/Intern– Digital Marketer

Salary: 20-35KINR/MO (FIXED AND IN HAND)

📍 Location: Ahmedabad | Onsite

🕒 Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, 5 Days a Week (Fixed 8 Hours)

Digital Marketing professionals and service providers


You will collaborate with freelancers and buyers from around the world, reviewing diverse projects, and helping identify top creative professionals who represent true design quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate & Gatekeep:

    Review digital marketing professionals’ profiles, portfolios, and case studies to determine eligibility for program.
  • Assess Deliverables:

    Evaluate sample projects and campaigns in areas such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, and Analytics.
  • Quality & Standards:

    Ensure that submissions align with quality guidelines, professionalism, and performance benchmarks.
  • Reporting & Insights:

    Provide clear, structured feedback and insights to maintain consistency and transparency across evaluations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work with our teams to align on evaluation metrics, rubrics, and category standards.
  • Industry Awareness:

    Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure up-to-date evaluation criteria.


Who You Are

  • A

    Digital Marketing professional

    with a strong background in

    SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, or Content Marketing.

  • Experienced in evaluating or managing marketing campaigns and understanding metrics like CTR, ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Highly

    analytical, detail-oriented, and objective

    , with a passion for identifying quality and consistency.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Comfortable working independently and making high-stakes evaluation decisions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

    in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience

    in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with tools like

    Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and HubSpot.

  • Experience with evaluation, QA, or campaign auditing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
