Next Lap is building the digital home for endurance sports - connecting athletes, events, and communities. We’re a fast-moving startup using tech to help recreational athletes track, share, and celebrate their journeys.

Digital Marketing Intern – Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate content and campaign calendars across social, email, and web.
• Manage timelines, assets, and workflows to keep campaigns on track.
• Support day-to-day channel management for social media, blog, and newsletter.
• Oversee marketing operations - scheduling, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Apply basic design understanding to ensure content is visually appealing and effective.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design, product, and community teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
• Explore AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements / Skills

• Strong interest in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand building.
• Some experience or currently pursuing a course in digital marketing, social media, or related fields.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Strava) and basic analytics tools.

• Understanding of design principles

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of

  managing campaigns, assigning tasks, and coordinating across teams

• Comfortable maintaining folders, documentation, and workflows for marketing projects using

  Excel, Notion, or similar tools

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 35 hours per week (flexible, student-friendly)
• Stipend: ₹3,000/month
