Requirements/Skills

• People & Communication:

  Comfortable starting conversations, building rapport, and engaging with athletes, clubs, and sports groups online.

• Sports Passion:

  Interest in endurance sports, active lifestyles, or fitness communities.

• Community Outreach:

  Confident reaching out to athletes on platforms like Instagram and coordinating interviews or follow-ups.

• Digital Coordination:

  Able to collect photos, stories, and permissions in an organised, reliable way; familiarity with tools like Jasper is a plus (for internal workflows).

• Adaptability:

  Comfortable switching between outreach, conversations, interview scheduling, and community activation activities.

• Self-Starter:

  Takes initiative, manages multiple outreach threads independently, and keeps conversations warm without needing reminders.

Internship Details

• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 30-35 hours per week (student-friendly flexibility)
• Stipend: ₹3,000/month
• Start Date: Immediate (rolling applications until filled)
